The heart of the system—a 1″ SS304 ball valve—ensures instant, reliable activation under pressure, while the 1‑1/4″ IPS inlets/outlets support high-flow plumbing for fast response in critical moments.
Operating at 90–180 liters/minute with hydraulic pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa, this station is designed for industrial labs, pharmaceutical plants, and academic facilities where chemical safety is non-negotiable. Optional SS316 construction is recommended for extreme-acid environments, and an antifreeze variant extends readiness to cold-storage locations.
